This home is the definition of a beach home as it is only 200 steps from the beautiful powder white beaches of Anna Maria Island! The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for. This vibe continues through to the interior of the home with the tropical decor that is spread throughout the open floor plan. The living room and dining room combine with numerous windows to allow natural lighting to flood the home while the kitchen sits just past the stairs. The living room provides enough seating for you and all your guests to kick back and hang out or enjoy your favorite movies and shows altogether well the dining room just beside it offers a table with seating for up to eight people. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, as well as all the pots and pans needed for you to cook your favorite homemade meals. There is plenty of space so that you will not feel cramped in the kitchen, even if there's more than one chef in the family and plenty of counter space that makes it easy to prep. We could Walker one street over to the beach or drive our golf cart over easily. The communication was great even when there was a small problem they came out quickly to take care of things. The house itself is lovely, spacious, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The kitchen was especially great, fully stocked with everything you’d need for a stay (honestly, better than some we’ve seen before!).There were a few small hiccups worth mentioning, though nothing that ruined the experience. The coffee pot wasn’t working properly, and since there was no one available on Sunday to contact, we had to wait an extra day for it to be replaced. Not the end of the world, but as international travelers, morning coffee is a pretty big deal! The floors could’ve used a good mop, but overall the house was otherwise clean and comfortable.The downstairs bed was a little creaky (enough to wake us up with its midnight symphony), and although we’d requested a box fan in advance, it wasn’t provided during our stay. The pool was beautiful, but the advertised pool light didn’t work—again, we didn’t complain, just adapted and still enjoyed it.That said, the positives definitely outweigh the minor quirks. The host thoughtfully provided extra beach supplies, the home itself is charming, and the location can’t be beat.
