The two-sided fireplace adds a unique centerpiece to the main room's luxurious feel. Dream Maker has a coveted spot at the north end of Anna Maria Island, just a couple blocks from Bean Point beach. There's parking for up to six cars (including two garage spots), but if you'd rather not drive, the free trolley can transport you almost anywhere on the island. The entertainment center with surround sound allows for a musical backdrop to your dinner, and Netflix streaming, a smart TV, and free WiFi await you after. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
