It was perfect distance from town and the beach. The house had everything we needed. I was extremely helpful to have the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to borrow. Great communication with the property manager, perfect location, house in great shape, plenty of space in the house and on the beach, the complimentary chairs and beach great was helpful since we flew. This was the perfect location and exactly what we wanted for our family vacation! The home was very clean and no issues. The host provided beach towels, four beach chairs, and a umbrella. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the beach close to Bean Point. You can also easily walk to Rod and Reel Pier, the City Pier, the park or Pine Avenue. The pool is great with plenty of deck room to lounge, eat or socialize at the tiki bar.
