Property is centrally located, nicely furnished (cute and beachey with good quality furniture and linens) and geared to family groups. The online photos do not do justice to how generously sized the rooms are. The porches, front and back, were pleasantly shaded with ceiling fans and comfy seating. The pool is quite small - which was not a surprise, but it did get quite warm in the late afternoon. Water temperature was pleasant in the mornings. We were able to easily. walk to either the bay or gulf side beaches and many shops and restaurants. AMI Locals (property management company) was responsive and prompt in our only request to them - we needed some additional bath towels and they brought them right away. Altogether, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to book Buttonood Cottage again. ##### Lori C. The alarms on the doors did not work properly. Great location and cozy but definitely needs a new mattress in the main bedroom. Didn’t know that there would not be any sheets on the bed so we had to lay on the flat sheet that would not stay in place. Moldy pool cushions were disappointing . Loved it but needs updating.
