Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Located directly off W Huron Street, this unit’s space in our driveway fits two cars in tandem. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway, as the left-hand side is for the lower level unit. We have installed signage for clarification but please feel free to message us with any questions! There is no street parking on W Huron Street. If you have more than two cars and need extra parking, street parking is available on Crest Ave, which is the street south of and perpendicular to W Huron Street. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules: \- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. \- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. \- Please leave your shoes at the door. \- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. \- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. \- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. \- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
