"Very run down rooms and old saggy beds with bright white lighting. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hotel. The air conditioning was on all the time but the room was still hot. It was ok for one night for the price but I would not rush back there."

Unfortunately, the first room we were given was right next to the elevator, and the noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax. Thankfully, Expedia’s Virtual Assistant was incredibly helpful. They responded immediately and helped arrange for our room to be changed very quickly, which we really appreciated. The second room was much better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay...
