This hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood but falls short in many ways. Although the concierge spoke English very well though and was helpful, these things were very disappointing: Air conditioning was not functional we had to call for adjustment (remote batteries were expired); there were no hangers in closet: some of the bathroom amenities had empty boxes, nothing inside; breakfast was very, very small; pool stair to come out of the water was broken and moving as you climb up.

Spa Hotel Diye gitmeyin Sakın

Yani biz kız arkadaşımla ankara merkezde spa otel diye gittik ama spa hizmetleri yok..Özellikle gitmeden önce telefonla arayıp herhangi bir problem varmı diye sormamıza rağmen. Durum şuydu : Jakuzi çalışmıyor, Spa alanındaki duşlarda sıcak su yok ! Hamamda sıcak su yok! buhar odasını açmamışlar ısınması için 30-45 dakika geçmesi gerekiyor! Saunanın duvarları kirli ! Sonrasında odada da klima yeterli değildi ve yine odanın banyosundaki duşun sıcaklığıda yeterli değildi.Bunları söylememize rağmen hiç ama hiç bir cevap veya ücret iadesi indirim hiç bir tepki göstermediler. Bu tarz bir otel için boşuna para vermeyin.

Bu otel için karmaşık duygular içerisindeyim.

Bu oteli fiyatı uygun olduğu ve havuzu olduğu için seçmiştim. Odaların minimalist dizaynı hoştu. Ancak oda dökülüyordu. Banyo etajerindeki havlu askısı elimde kaldı. Parkeler yıpranmıştı, tuvalette taharet musluğu dışarıya su kaçırıyordu. Ve artık 3 yıldızlı otellerin bile rutini olan kettle modülü de odada mevcut değildi. Spa kısmı gördüğüm en keyifsiz ve kasavetli spaydı. Çok bakımsızdı ve personeli de profesyonellikten uzaktı. Bir personelin müşteri bölümüne oturup yemek yediğini gördüm oradayken. Buna şahit olacağınız spa azdır. Oda servisinin fiyatları bence fahiş idi. Ben ne yaptım? Dışarıdan yedim. Otelin kahvaltısını vasat buldum. En azından müşteri sahanda yumurta istediğinde bu ekstra olmamalıydı. Öte yandan otel personelinden çok memnun kaldığımı söylemeliyim. Çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydüler. Çok ilgiliydiler ve taleplerimi süratle karşıladılar. Konaklamamın zirve kısmı ise, sürpriz bir biçimde karşıma çıkan caz dinletisiydi. Harikaydı. Özetleyecek olursak, çalışanlardan çok memnunum. Bu işletmenin potansiyeli var. Ancak birden fazla olumsuzluk üst üste bindiğinde müşteri memnuniyeti çok düşüyor. Odada bir kettle modülü olsa, kahvaltı daha tatmin edici olsa, spa daha adına yaraşır şekilde olsa çok daha yüksek memnuniyet verirdim. Aynı şekilde, şehir oteli için oda servisi önemlidir. Makul fiyatı olan oda servisi tercih edilir. Otel müşterileri için alttaki bistronun fiyatı indirimli verilirse daha çok ciro yapacaklarına eminim. Ezcümle: Daha iyi yönetim!

3 kişilik yapılan bir rezervasyonda, otel yetkilisi tarafından "odalarımızda 3. kişi için ilave yatağımız yok, ikinci bir oda tutabilir ya da suit odaya geçebilirsiniz" cümlesini duymak bizleri hayretler içerisinde bıraktı. Bu sorun otelden mi kaynaklandı yoksa hotels.com dan mı bilemiyoruz ancak ilgili yerlere gerekli bildirim yapılacaktır.

Hamam böceği vardı havuzda fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi. Süit oda da kaldık ona rağmen sular oda da ücretli. Kahvaltı da patates ücretli geldi. Ve yemekler soğuktu.
