Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. Sound insulation is very poor. In the evening, a very strong smell of frying came from the air conditioner, we had to turn off the air conditioner. I also did not see any ramp for suitcase wheels or any other purpose. Maybe it was at a different area; I also saw only stairs (no elevator) from the lobby to the elevator for the rooms. İş sebebiyle geldiğim için sezonda nasıldır bilemiyorum ancak kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük, belki sezonda başka bir salon kullanılıyordur. Kahvaltısı da olabildiğince zengin ve lezzetliydi.
