Lovers of French heritage, this farmhouse from 1877 will be delighted to welcome you. We are ideally located in a small town called Angrie, 35 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes or Nantes. This locality of Maine et Loire (49) is surrounded by 6 departments. Whether you come to recharge your batteries, enjoy a large swimming pool or a ping-pong table, explore nature or attend local events, our lodges meet your need for escape. At the heart of a 5.6 hectare estate, surrounded by many animals, a change of scenery is guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated and shared with another gîte (Holsteiner) located on the estate, it is open from the end of May to September. If you like walks and sports, we also offer the loan of bicycles. Take advantage of this beautiful nature and stay connected, the accommodation is equipped with fiber both indoors and on the terrace or around the swimming pool. You will be able to take advantage of a high-speed network whether for telecommuting or for your personal leisure activities. With a capacity of up to 6 people and an area of 63 m², the Pur-Sang gîte located on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room & dining room. eat. It offers direct access to its private covered terrace and the swimming pool shared with the Holsteiner gite. Our cottage, whose entrance is independent from the rest of the farmhouse, is unfortunately not accessible to people with disabilities. Pets are allowed on prior request. Reservations start at the night, except during the summer period. In July & August the rentals are weekly, more precisely, from Saturday to Saturday. You will only have to put down your luggage, the beds are made on your arrival, sheets and towels are included in the rental. The gite was prepared well. They even made sure we had essentials for our stay. With the secure garden we had no worries about our pet and there was games and a trampoline for our daughter. Corinne went beyond our expectations by inviting our daughter to meet and help with the horses/donkeys. She hasnt stopped talking about it. We borrowed bikes and visited the local area. The countryside is lovely and not too far from the town/shops. Definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet vacation. Thank you Corinne & family x ....not forgetting the furry ones too x ##### Sarah O.
