Lovely location and facilities. Everywhere was very clean. However, rooms were tired and outdated needed refurbishment especially the bathroom.

Hotel Nacional Inn Angra dos Reis
The restaurant was awful. They had no idea what to do. I ordered room service and it took a long time. On the top of it the steak was burnt. Not just overcooked but burnt. The worst experience I've had with room service by far.

The room is Ok but it’s old and smells the old thing. Then the toilet smells really bad, the one of sewer. Then the air conditioner dripping over my head so couldn’t sleep properly in my bed.
