Owner was not there and the wife was not working. I need WiFi since I work remotely and it kept going out every few minutes. We did not end up checking in. I tried multiple times to get ahold of owner and she didn’t answer until hours later. I asked for the cancellation policy which was not available online and wanted to cancel my reservation because I was unhappy with the service and lack of communication. She was not friendly and refused to refund any part of our reservation. We did not stay here and ended up renting another place. I would like to receive a refund for lack of service and poor communication. It was not a clean facility, WiFi didn’t work, and the owner was not accommodating. Sobre a receptividade não tem o que ser questionada. A Rita, proprietária da pousada, nós atendeu muito bem e nos deu várias dicas sobre o lugar, sempre muito educada e solicita. Localização: Pra quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, não é indicado. Existe uma subida bastante considerável e a distância do Porto/Vila de Abraão também é moderada. Depois de um dia inteiro de passeio, a subida passa a ser quase exaustiva. Porém, se você procura um lugar para se isolar, relaxar e ter contato direto com a natureza local, a pousada é ideal, pois é rodeada pela mata e conta com uma charmosa cachoeira. Limpeza: O ambiente é rodeado por uma floresta, então fica difícil secar as roupas, muita das vezes as nossas ficavam úmidas, então reparamos que as roupas de cama da pousada também ficavam assim. O que dava a sensação de roupas mal secas. O café da manhã é impecável. Tudo sob medida, para não gerar desperdício. Creio que seja uma política de ecossustentabilidade da pousada. Tudo fresquinho e bem feito. No mais, a pousada é charmosa e acolhedora, a mata da o seu toque e a cachoeira é quase uma canção de ninar kkk. Porém a localização não ajuda, achei a subida em alguns momentos bem desgastante. Mas ela não teria o charme que tem, se fosse na beira do mar. Por isso friso, se você está procurando esse sossego, contato direto com a mata, e disposição para subir e descer as ladeiras de Abraão a posada é ideal ! Durante as 4 noites, houveram 3 baratas no quarto (1 por dia) andando sobre a cama e não eram baratas de mata, mas de esgoto. A gestora/dona apesar de saber dos ocorridos somente deu as caras no primeiro dia, nos demais se omitiu, aguardando somente receber as estadias ao final. O chuveiro a base foto célula em dias frios não possuia agua quente, devido a falha no sistema ou pequeno reservatório, visto que, no hotel haviam apenas 3 hospedes (incluindo a nós -casal). Apesar da dona querer responder tentando justificar ou omitir a realidade, deve assumir o que não fez durante a estadia e corrigir as falhas. Não tem televisão e a desculpa para tudo exposto acima será que as pessoas estarão vivendo a natureza. Limpeza não tem haver com natureza. Porém, se você acredita que sujeira é parte da natureza, aceite. A pousada é linda, no meio da natureza (mas distante um pouquinho). Choveu muito, muito mesmo... e como é no meio do mato a umidade na cama e travesseiros incomodou um pouco. Desde a recepção até minha estadia foi incrível. A Rita, proprietária, é muita simpática, solicita, uma amor de pessoa. A pousada é incrível, no meio da mata, sendo exatamente o que precisávamos. No entanto, tem algumas coisa que podem ser melhoradas, como a limpeza dos utensílios (pratos, copos etc) e os banheiros precisam de uma manutenção, pois acumulam água no box. Na descrição continha a informação de que havia mosquiteiros e água no frigobar, no entanto não encontramos nenhum desses dois itens. É um lugar aconchegante, simples e perfeito para quem quer descansar após um dia de exploração da ilha. O quarto estava em perfeitas condições de conservação e limpeza. Foi realizada uma limpeza durante minha estadia. Não possuía TV ( o que pra mim não fez falta) e o frigobar era ótimo. Deixou minhas bebidas bem geladas. O banheiro era ótimo e o chuveiro muito bom para aquele banho pós praia. O café foi servido todos os dias à partir das 08:00\. Só um dia não desfrutei do café, pois queria sair cedo para meu passeio. É um café simples e muito saboroso com gosto de casa. Aliás a pousada lembra muito um tipo de casa onde somos bem vindos. Não há uma recepção específica mas quando precisei foi só tocar o sino na entrada da pousada que alguém veio me atender. E por falar de atendimento, todos são muito gentis e atenciosos. Destaco a atenção da Rita ao me orientar pelo telefone para chegar na pousada e a Rose pela atenção e simpatia de todos os dias durante o café da manhã. Resumo minha estadia em 3 palavras: Tranquilidade, conforto e simplicidade. Good English and brilliant advice on activities on the island.
