This stunning, contemporary coastal residence is a holiday maker’s dream! Designed to harness the ocean views, sunlight and deliver big on livability, this home provides a spacious, all year-round retreat. And the family pet is welcome, too! \*Living and Entertainment Space\* With a total of 4 bedrooms available, 2 living spaces, large front and rear sun decks, plus 3 bathrooms there is room for family and additional guests to take time out and to enjoy sharing the magic of the coast. The upper open plan living area is a highlight of the home and features a modern well-appointed kitchen - an entertainer’s delight! - and a generously sized living area, all flowing out to a large sunny deck with a BBQ and views to Point Roadknight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. In the living room, you can relax watching the Smart TV with WiFi and surround sound system. The backyard is a haven for the kids with a mini soccer pitch, netball hoop, golf putting hole and a cosy fire pit to provide the perfect spots to entertain and unwind.
