Agora apartment (from 1 to 4 people) is situated on the first floor, it is composed of a suite of two rooms, the second room is open from 3 occupants. It is composed of a really vast living room with a spectacular decoration. This room is dedicated to your friends or family reception and the cooked meals preparation. It is equipped of a lounge for 4 people with a table for the meals taking. It integrates a participative and fully equipped kitchen (3 ovens, induction plates, retractable hood, dishwasher, fridge…), all the standing and the equipment to enjoy good moments.
It is also adapted to professional meetings organization (for instance board of directors). You will discover 2 beautiful bedrooms, one is bottle green and yellow mimosa and the other is grey and blue, really urban chic. Every bedroom integrates a double bed. The apartment also includes a large bathroom and separated WC.
All the windows have a view of the enclosed courtyard and will allow you to discover the bordering ""hôtels particuliers"" and historical monuments.

Perfect location in beautiful Angers

Our family of four stayed at one of the La Concierge apartments in July 2025. It was great. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, near shopping and restaurants. Espresso maker was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities were nicely sized and comfortable. Check in was facilitated with Google translate and our daughter who is studying French in Angers. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay

This apartment is ideal in terms of location, cleanliness, and overall taste. Convenient parking nearby. Check-in initially was tricky as we don't speak French, but Google translate helped! The property manager/owner was very nice and helpful.

Central Oasis in Historic Angers

A great location in the historic city, just off a nice plaza with a bakery and cafes. Parking close by helps if you’re on a driving tour like we were. The apartment faces a quiet private courtyard making a nice retreat. Modern but comfortable space in a historic building. Beds are very nice. Easy walk to chateau. Lively student district near by makes streets enjoyable at night. Also very near main market street.

Absolutely gorgeous

We stayed at la conciergerie for 3 weeks, I can’t think of a better place to spend time in Angers. Check in is easy Marc was there to let us in the apartment that was spotless, all amenities including washer, dryer and air conditioning. Beautiful bathroom with large tub, Comfortable beds with beautiful windows and blackout curtains. Fully equipped kitchen Did I say the place was spotless!? Marc was extremely attentive to his guest and the property in general. The apartment had views of the quaint and quiet courtyard, again beautifully manicured with flowers everywhere The cleaning service came once a week which was very nice The grocery store is minutes away by foot The entire town is at your feet The bus stop is down the street Look no further Thanks again for everything Marc! Funky Apartment in Angers City Center

This apartment was beautiful, eclectic and a bit funky. It looked like something out of a magazine. It also had wonderful amenities, including Air Conditioning. My family, myself husband and teen daughter were in France during the heatwave, so we loved the A/C. The beds and bedding were also very comfortable. And the apartment was immaculate. The apartment is also located I a lovely, old section of town, full of restaurants and charming architecture. The parking lot around the corner was great, since we had a big car. Stephane was a gracious host and brought us up to the apartment and showed-us all the necessary items, etc. He also gave a great city map with wonderful suggestions for our next day tours. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the apartment very much.
