The apartment is on the top floor of a former barn. This is on the edge of a small village and is surrounded by fields and a garden. From the large terrace you have a wide view of the landscape. Tastefully minimalist decor. Spacious living room with American kitchen. Parquet. A swimming lake is right behind the house. Switch off and relax!
There is only one bedroom. A folding bed can be added if necessary. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking, for example around the Werbellinsee or in the Grumsiner Forst, Europe's largest beech forest.
There are many offers for riders and anglers.
Right behind the house is a small lake for swimming. The lido at the nearby Parsteinsee with its flat shore is ideal for children. In the ecological village Brodowin you can buy fresh organic products.
Angermünde with its historic old town is 15 minutes away. It offers many shops and hourly train connections to Berlin. In Chorin you can visit the romantic monastery ruins. Technology freaks will be thrilled by the Niederfinow boat lift.

Die Wohnung ist landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen, bei einem Spaziergang durch Bölkendorf fühlt man sich in frühere Zeiten versetzt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung fanden wir klasse, kein Schnickschnack und Sonnenuntergänge zum Genießen.

Einfach perfekt
Ich verbrachte den Jahreswechsel in Bölkendorf, weil ich keinen Silvestertrubel, sondern Stille wollte. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, die Lage wunderbar, die Einweisung durch Bea super nett. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Ganz ruhig war es zwar an Silvester dann nicht, aber ich war ausgeglichen und ruhig auch dank der schönen Unterkunft.

viel Platz mit Blick auf's Feld
Ein ausgebautes Scheunendach zu einer großen Ferienwohnung mit ganz viel Platz und coolen Möbeln sowie großer Terrasse und Blick auf's Feld. Uns hat dort wirklich nichts gefehlt, alles war da. Ein ganz toller Ort zum Entspannen. Wenn man vom Sofa oder Esstisch oder aus der Küche direkt in die Natur schauen kann, ist das schon grandios. Einziger Kritikpunkt: bisschen viel Staub unter den Möbeln, da hätten wir uns über einen Staubsauger in der Wohnung sehr gefreut. Das schmälert trotzdem nicht unseren Aufenthalt bzw. die Unterkunft an sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Lage, super schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse
Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl!! Durchaus sehr Ferienwohnung erfahren und verwöhnt, werden wir dieses Domizil mit Sicherheit häufiger mieten!! Sehr geschmackvoll und reduziert eingerichtet, grosszügige Raumaufteilung, alles sehr sauber und gemütlich! Die Küche bot alles, was für ein umfangreiches Kochen benötigt wird!! Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend und bei Fragen jeder Art ist Frau Wesner stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das WLAN ist stabil und schnell! Die Umgebung bietet alles, was Naturfreunden das Herz höher schlagen lässt…auch unsere Vierbeinerin fühlte sich sehr wohl! Also: Toplage, ruhig, viel Natur, Entspannung PUR!! Ein Kaminofen wäre noch das letzte i-Tüpfelchen!!! Bis zum nächsten Mal!!

Superschöne Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ihren Fernblicken von der Terrasse und den Fenstern schon spektakulär, die Hofanlage mit dem wunderschönen
Garten ist toll, der Tiefe See direkt hinter dem Hof ist unglaublich schön,
