Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet einen 2-Plattenherd, Mikrowelle mit Heißluftofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und ausreichend Geschirr. Die Erstausstattung der Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher und sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie eine Garage sind inklusive. Der Balkon ist mit Gartenmöbeln bestuhlt. Liegen für die Liegewiese stehen zur Verfügung.
