I showed her my booking number on my phone and she gave me a downstairs room. 10 minutes later they advised that I was in a superior room to my booking and moved me upstairs. There are only 3 cable channels two of which are non English. The window blind only opens half way and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The linens are clean. The staff were also polite. Je viens vous faire part de mon très fort mécontentement suite à ma réservation sur l'hôtel VF Four Season Angelés City Philippines 2013: chambre numéro 203 avec placard sale, sans étagère et un gros trou au sol : En guise de fenêtre digne de ce nom: vasistas en hauteur sans visibilité et non isolant rideau occultant mal fixé que j'ai reçu sur le visage et qui m'a blessé en l'actionnant. Passage incessant des moto bike de transport taxi surtout la nuit.Wifi pratiquement inexistant ( coupure en permanence ) Piscine sans attrait avec juste deux chaises en plastique sale. Pour un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix ( le café est payant) Je suis arrivé: le samedi 24 septembre et je suis reparti le 30 septembre au matin .au lieu du 9 octobre 2016 au matin .Il me restait 9 nuits qui ne m'ont pas été remboursées J'ai dû me trouver un autre hébergement digne de ce nom à mes frais.
