House keeping service was not provided even after multiple requests during 3 nights stay due to lack of staff. Bathroom is so tiny. You can't hardly sit on the toilet without knee touching the wall. Bathroom door swings open to blocking access to washstand. Shower room lacks proper place to put shampoo and soap tubes. Breakfast buffet is below average quality. A/C and TV needs upgrade. Repeated and repeated so I asked the counter why the room had not cleaned and repeated then she \_maybe a manager\_ just say "I will check" with rude attitude. I asked the reason again and she replied "I will let you know if I get the information from the house keeping team". But finally she didn't reply me.
