Just off the main living area open the glass doors onto a large deck with outdoor seating, all overlooking the 6th hole of the award-winning Angel Fire Golf Course. The dining area features seating for 6 with ambiance plus to share an intimate meal or grand feast. Just off the dining area is another deck with a grilling station & bar top seating. The smartly decorated primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, private access to the outdoor deck, an en-suite primary bath with a walk-in shower/soaking tub & a king-sized closet that connects to the laundry/mudroom for easy access just coming in from outdoor activities. Upstairs are two large bedrooms; each furnished with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The bottom level has an additional living room with a large smart TV, a kitchen/bar area, and another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kids will love hanging out on this floor in the bunk room with two sets of, twin over twin bunk beds.

PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the driveway (no garage access)
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have an active exterior security camera located in front over the garage, and another in the back over the grill. These cameras record and monitor the exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and a full bar at Elements.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
