The cosy living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. Step outside to the balcony, accessed through the living room, and enjoy the mountain air. Plus, this unit has a full-size washing machine and dryer to keep your gear fresh throughout your stay! The main bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom also offers comfort and convenience with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and its own bath with a shower/tub combo. But the real fun is in the loft! This condo is located on the third floor of the complex, accessible via lift or two flights of stairs—depending on your mood (and energy levels).

PARKING: Outside Parking in front of building.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness centre at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centre at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Holiday Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Centre by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Centre in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4x4 or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
