It is a 7-minute walk / 2-minute drive from famous beaches in Cyprus such as Chrysi Akti.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with all kinds of trees. There is a bathroom, a kitchen, two beds and 2 terraces overlooking the mountain and the sea. It is equipped with refrigerator, air conditioning, tables and chairs (on the terraces), oven, and everything necessary for cooking / eating. There is also a private car park.
