The bright apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. Enjoy the wonderful view over the Eschtal from the covered terrace, comfortable garden furniture is available. In the evening you can relax at the warm wood stove after a hiking or skiing trip. The Nockerhof is located in Andrian on the South Tyrolean Wine Road in the Esch Valley between Bolzano (Bozen) and Merano (Meran). Restaurants can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes (450-600 m), bars are about 5 minutes by car (2,5 km) away. A supermarket can be found directly on site in about 8 minutes (650 m) on foot, a local bakery can be reached in 6 minutes (3 km) by car. In only 20 minutes by car (22 km) you can reach the beautiful spa town of Merano (Meran) with its medieval old town and many other sights. Also Bolzano (Bozen) with its many cultural highlights is only 20 minutes by car (15 km) away. Distances to ski areas: Meran 200 (22km, 23min.), Karrerpass (34km, 40min.), Obereggen (37km, 40min.), Ulten / Schwemmalm (39km, 44min.)
