"Would not recommend this place!We understand that this place is in a rainforest, but there’s a difference between damp and mould. It was a pretty shocking stay unfortunately, the heavy smell of mould was really intense! It really didn’t help that the layers of dust all over the walls and paintings was thick!! Very uncomfortable to sleep without getting dusty mould smell with every breath, did not feel tranquil! The bathroom clearly had painted over mould spots, same as under the air cons was either layers of dust or mould or both.We were advised to turn air purifier and dehumidifier of 2 air cons, on at all times. Which isn’t ideal as the place needed wayy more help!**No washing machine in this place!It can be difficult to see positive in this place, but there is! the bed were very comfortable, supportive and clean.Last review was in Nov2025, what’s happened since? Was there damage that wasn’t reported?Our next stop accommodation was in the middle of Lismore and the place there smelled incredibly beautiful and fresh. A far cry from this place, unfortunate, but true!"

"Absolutely amazing! Everything has been thought of in terms of setting up the home so you don’t have to take anything but food and clothes. All furniture and decor tasteful and comfortable. Even the shower bottles are quality standard. Waterhole wonderful to swim in and walks through the orchards beautiful. Close to pub for a very good meal. "

"Overpriced – poor value for moneyIn a nutshell, this property is significantly overpriced and we would suggest looking elsewhere for better value.Communication was poor. After booking, it took almost two weeks for the host to respond to our queries. We eventually contacted Stayz to try to cancel the booking, and only received a response from host three days before our arrival.On the day of arrival, the host advised us they had two dogs. While we are dog owners and were fine with this, it should have been disclosed earlier. The dogs could be heard barking, and the host lived immediately next to us with only a shared door separating the spaces.Facilities did not match the price:No proper coffee facilities were provided. When we asked, we were given a jar of instant coffee.No kitchen facilities.The fridge froze our food, ruining anything we stored.Air conditioning in one room did not work for the first two nights; even on the coldest setting it barely cooled.Wi-Fi was unusable inside the rooms and could only be accessed by going outside.One internal bathroom for four people. There were external bathrooms available, but they had no lighting, no weather cover, and were unusable after dark or in rain.Overall, the amenities, communication and comfort level did not justify the price charged. They are also selling the property so that may reflect the service we received."

"Great place to relax and explore the local towns and countryside. The yurt is spacious the bed is comfortable and the sourdough bread breakfast provided is delicious. The views are simply stunning especially from the pool., which is very refreshing and clean. There is only one fault, the path down to the yurt is somewhat rough. "
