The Hidden Treasure - Le Trésor Caché
10/10 Excellent
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed for one night whilst attending a wedding in the area. The accommodations were lovely. Very clean and tastefully decorated. It had all we needed plus the bonus of a beautiful balcony/deck and stunning view of the fall colours. We would highly recommend and stay again!"

Rustic Cabin on Lac McGregor
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was extremely clean and exceeded expectations in every way. The boathouse was definitely a highlight — we spent an unforgettable three days there and would absolutely come back again."
Moulin Wakefield Mill Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Beautifully appointed hotel in a marvelous setting. Friendly, helpful staff from the minute we entered until we reluctantly had to leave. Room was quaint, tidy and very clean. Restaurant was great, including the sunroom-like sitting area next to a roaring waterfall. Short walk to funky Wakefield downtown shops and restaurants. Our visit too short to utilize the on-site spa. Outdoor fire pits were great on a cool, crisp fall evening. Highly recommended."
Lofts du Village
10/10 Excellent
"Such a beautiful place to land at the end of the day. The added touch of spa like music playing in the room on arrival accompanied by a little aromatherapy was perfect. Check in was smooth and the staff was accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend."

8/10 Good
"The welcoming lake view and deer surrounding the property were very nice. The location and host Pierre were fantastic. The fireplace and decor were really warm and welcoming. It would be good to possibly delineate parking spaces so that other people arriving didn't park covering multiple spots. Hot water remaining was a challenge on the first morning and a bathroom fan was loose in the ceiling so I let the host know and they responded and remedied it. The bed and sheets were wonderful and the place was very quiet once above neighbours settled for the evening. I slept well. It may be good to have toothpaste and conditioner also available in the suite to complement the shampoo. The fireplace was calming touch and appreciated as a focal point in the living room. I very much enjoyed the hot tub - maybe a little diagram on the wall could help a user know how to properly remove the cover, The tub was clean and appreciated! I was attending a conference in Ottawa so the traffic was a little challenge in the morning but it was worth the drive in to stay at Pierre's and escape the hotel feel. You can get beer and wine and snack foods at the nearby convenience store and there are many small places nearby to get take out or visit the Manchester pub restaurant about 10 minutes away. There's a firepit in the back, BBQ, etc. for a couples weekend away and lots of hiking nearby if you have time to enjoy it. I would definitely stay again and plan to enjoy the relaxing environment."
