This unique property is situated on a terraced olive grove surrounded by lush mediterranean plants and typical stone walls. The house can host 11 people spread over two fully equipped apartments which share a large terrace. Each apartment has their own kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. You always get the whole house no matter how many you are! It also is a wonderful option for a group of friends or two families. The apartments come with satellite TV, wifi and a living area with a stone barbecue. Big plus: there is an outside shower! A bath in the sea is only an 8min walk away. The villa is very quiet as it is situated slightly off the main road and is accessible only on foot via a 80m path (with approx. 10 stairs). Marina di Andrano has various swimming areas. The closest access to the sea from the villa is an 8min walk, and only 15 minutes on foot to the famous Grotta Verde (water cave). Another very beautiful place to swim is Acquaviva, only 3km away. The pretty and historic town of Castro is a 10min drive and you can reach the famous town of Otranto in half an hour. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,40 on 06/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.
