"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job.
We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht.
De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!"

"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...

"This is a great stop off to break up long drives. The rooms are basic, but clean and well sound proofed. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine. Our dog was treated to a welcome pack, but it wasn't made clear where he was or wasn't allowed in the public areas."

"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

Wonderful hotel, great location fabulous room, makes a great change to have adequate lighting to shave in the bathroom!
Breakfast was 4€ and it showed! We would have happily paid 12€ to have had fresh food!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was huge with twin double beds, en-suite everything was first class including a small fridge. There was free wifi which worked perfectly enabling us to stream UK programmes on our laptop. We used the secure underground parking which we were not charged for. We will be using this hotel on our way back to the UK. Great value.

Hotel was brilliant, room was very modern, clean and well presented was really impressed. Close to the public transport routes into the town and was very reasonable. Very much enjoyed my stay.

The town centre is quite walkable, with medieval streets, impressive churches like San Pedro de la Rúa, and the iconic Palacio de los Reyes de Navarra. When is the best time to go to Andia?
The best time to visit Andia, Navarre, Spain, is generally during the spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) months, when the weather is pleasant and the natural beauty of the region is at its peak.
During these periods, you'll experience mild temperatures, ideal for exploring the natural parks and engaging in outdoor activities without the intense heat of summer or the chill of winter. The landscapes are particularly striking in spring with wildflowers in bloom, and in autumn with the changing colours of the foliage. This allows for comfortable hiking, cycling, and enjoying the local gastronomy.
For those interested in exploring the region's culinary delights and cultural events, late spring and early autumn often coincide with local festivals and harvest seasons, offering unique opportunities to experience traditional Navarrese life.
