  • Maisonette T2 of 63m2 in a quiet area of Andernos Les Bains for 4 people
    The accommodation
    Maisonette of 63 m² refurbished with terrace of 50 m² in a quiet environment, close to cycle paths, 2 km from the beach and the oyster port and 1km from the first shops of Andernos les Bains with many activities throughout the year such as the Oyster Festival, Festival of Jazz, Cabanes en fête....

    It is on the ground floor with a private entrance, possibility to put bicycles in the courtyard and park the car in front of the house. It is adjoining the owner's house but it is not overlooked and each has an independent entrance.

    The accommodation:

    KITCHEN: fully equipped American (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with coffee, toaster...).

    LIVING ROOM: equipped with plenty of storage, an office area, a sofa bed that can offer a very comfortable bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), a TV and a radio-CD, fan....

    BEDROOM: 15 m² with double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), fan, wardrobe and hangers for storage.

    A high chair, a travel cot (without sheet or baby duvet) are available to tenants.

    Separate toilet.

    BATHROOM: two sinks, a shower and storage, a radiator and the washing machine.

    The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and the photos are non-contractual

    Linen, i.e. sheets and towels are included.

    A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival. If the accommodation is not returned in a correct condition, part of the deposit will be kept.

    An additional €30 will be required for any arrival between 8pm and 10pm and any departure before 7:00am, and €50 for all arrivals after 10pm.

    The accommodation is non-smoking.

Les propriétaires Fred et Marie sont présents tout en étant discrets, réactifs, de bons conseils et d’une gentillesse rare.La maison est parfaitement conforme au descriptif avec une décoration qui fait oublier que c’est une maison de location, on se sent comme à la maison. Tout le nécessaire et bien plus, beaucoup de petites attentions. Avons aussi apprécié le calme et le chant des oiseaux.Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse et envisageons déjà de revenir.

Wir haben im Juli eine Woche zu zweit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Sehr gepflegt, mit toller Ausstattung und in ruhiger Lage – perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, haben uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Andernos-les-Bains. Der Bassin d’Arcachon bietet unheimlich viel – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Nous avons passé une semaine en juillet dans cette belle maison de vacances, en couple. Très bien entretenue, très bien équipée et située dans un quartier calme – parfait pour découvrir la région. Les hôtes étaient adorables, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donné plein de bons conseils. Le centre d’Andernos-les-Bains est accessible en vélo en une dizaine de minutes. Le Bassin d’Arcachon a beaucoup à offrir – idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe Location !!

Tout est réuni chez Marie et Fred pour passer un séjour on ne peut plus agréable : Accueil , Emplacement , maisonnette au Top - agencement - déco - Propreté etc etc... Que du positif. Cela fait grand plaisir de trouver des locations de cette qualité !!

Séjour à Andernos les bains

Très bon séjour sur le bassin, hôtes sympathiques. Pleins de choses à voir et à faire sur Andernos les bains. Nous sommes toujours surpris par cette localité pour l'accueil agréable qu'elle propose, des commerces et des lieux de restauration pour tous. En plus ne manquez pas les cabanes de dégustation d'huîtres sur le bassin.

Excellent séjour passé dans la maisonnette de Marie et Fred. Logement très propre et spacieux, très joliment décoré, aussi bien entretenu à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Location confortable et calme

La maison est située dans un endroit Résidentiel très calme. Elle est confortable et la terrasse est souvent ensoleillée et sans vis a vis. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et de bons conseils pour visiter la région.
