Location: Villa Krizia is located in Ancona, at Via delle Grotte 88, surrounded by greenery and in a panoramic position with splendid sea views. The property offers a quiet and private setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday, with a large garden and private pool (open from June 15 to September 15).



Description: The villa is spread over multiple levels.

Ground floor: entrance hallway, guest bathroom (without shower), and study. Large and bright living area consisting of a living room with sofas and TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher).



Level -1: laundry area with washing machine.



First floor: sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, another quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom and terrace, and two additional full bathrooms.



Second floor: one double bedroom with a private bathroom and air conditioning.



Outside, the villa features a large garden for guests' complete use and a splendid private pool with sea views, perfect for relaxing during the summer.



Amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, private parking for up to 5 cars. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in: Self-check-in via key box (code provided on arrival).
