VILLA DEI SASSI - ANCONA AREA
Located on the outskirts of Ancona city, within only five minute drive from beautiful beaches. The villa offers a private pool with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. Within walking distance you can reach the restaurants of Ancona, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. The villa is the ideal place for those who want to be within walking distance to a big town while at the same time, coming back to a peaceful and quiet home for the evening.

The villa develops over 600 square metres, over three levels.

With nothing left to chance, the villa is decorated with modern works of art, tapestries, chandeliers and designer furnishings.

On the ground floor, we find the bright and spacious living room with amazing views over the garden and sea, multiple seating areas with leather sofas, dining area for eight and a private office for those who regrettably still need to work while on holiday. Separately from the living area, we find the kitchen, equipped with modern appliances (two professional fridges, two-zone wine cellar, oven, coffee machine, etc.) and a table with chairs. The SPA area is located on this level, with sauna and shower, with direct access to the pool.

A wooden staircase takes us to the first floor, where we find a double bedroom (non divisible) with en-suite bathroom with shower, and one single bedroom (pink) with bathroom with shower.

On the second floor , we have the master bedroom double bed (non-divisible) with walk-in wardrobe, access to the terrace where we find a 4 person Jacuzzi, and large en-suite marble bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also one double bedroom (non-divisible) with en-suite bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together) with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.

On the lower level, we have a games room and the mini-apartment of the service staff (occupied by the villa's cleaning lady). Bathroom and separate entrance in the service staff mini-apartment.

The villa also offers a 6th bedroom, ideal for personnel such as a nanny, with a separate entrance on the outside of the villa (single bed: for 1 person) and with its own bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen and facilities.

Outside, the villa offers a lawned garden (1200 sq.m) with plants, flowers and trees, an open-air gym, precious onyx back-lighted fountain, hammock, gazebo and many relaxation areas. The private swimming pool is one of the main elements of the house with its bird’s eye sea views. The pool measures 10m X 3.50m with a depth from 1,30 m to 2,20 m. By the pool we have a terraced decked area with sun beds and sofa seats. The gazebo is a one of a kind piece, personally designed by architect Carlo Beer and custom-made for this house, is fully rotatable in order to offer the best views throughout the day. The outdoor table is covered by the retractable awning and up to 10 guests size.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The villa is fitted with cameras with infrared system. These can be covered or turned off.
2. In a separate annexe, on the lower level with a security door, lives the caretaker hired by the property who also takes care of the daily external and internal cleaning during the established working hours (08.00 to 12.00).
