Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a private garden of around 80 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a three-part bunk bed, a single bed above (accessed by a ladder), a double bed below and a single pull-out bed below (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 14 m² south-facing terrace with picnic table to enjoy the fine weather.
- An enclosed, private, south-facing garden of 80 m².

Ancizan is a small listed mountain village in the Hautes-Pyrénées, nestling in the Aure valley between Arreau and Saint-Lary-Soulan.

A former fortified village, it offers a typically Pyrenean landscape: forests, high pastures, streams and old stone houses.

A supermarket with petrol station is close to the gîte, and numerous shops are less than 7 minutes away (in Arreau and Saint-Lary-Soulan).

- Cycling fans will love the Tour de France, the Route d'Occitanie and the Étape du Tour.
