Abel was terrific in responding to a heating problem we had when we first got here, and he responded very quickly. One thing of note - this unit is upstairs with no elevator. ..."

"Th hotel needs a refresh. Many area were not well maintained. We had to walk from the train to the hotel with all our luggage because they only have one shuttle that services 2 hotels. We did have a shuttle on time to the airport."
