Open concept 2,800 sqft home. Enjoy company in the kitchen/living room while you watch the game. Kitchen has a huge island and two ovens for your holiday cooking pleasure. Gas stove and separate mini fridge to store your libations. Dedicated desk work space for remote work. Wash the day away in the massive soaking drop in tub or the huge walk in shower. There’s enough room for all members to enjoy their own space in the home. We owe our neighbors their right to quiet enjoyment of their homes in the neighborhood. With this in mind we require a signature agreement regarding guests and parties. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The terms of the agreement are as follows: 1) Pets are strictly prohibited. 2) I attest that the only people that will be present in the home are the people listed in my booking. 3) I agree that guests are only allowed with prior written permission from the owner. 4) Even with permission, all guests shall leave the premises prior to 10pm. 5) Violation of the above rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund. At that point you will be considered a trespasser and will be escorted off the property by the police. We mean no offense by mandating this agreement, we only hope to protect our property and to be good neighbors. We appreciate your support and cooperation in this effort. Our family of 5 that will be heading in different directions wanted to experience Alaska and not from a cruise perspective. We arrived 6/10/23\. Emmanuel and Nicole were the perfect hosts. House is nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the Coastal Trail. The home is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. His communication was excellent and our stay was perfect w lots of room to spread out. We certainly understand the no shoes in house rule. With every adventure u will return w pieces of Alaska in ur shoes. Navigating Anchorage is super easy. It made for a perfect home base. Train station and Costco are close. We rented a large SUV through Alaskan Car Rental and that was seamless. Not located at the airport but u avoid all of those taxes. Book early especially in the summer.
