Great property stocked with everything you need and things you didn't realize you needed until they were in front of you. Clean, 10 minute drive to downtown. Great host and communication. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully appointed little suite! It was very comfortable and had everything I needed- cozy furniture, coffee, snacks including breakfast oatmeal, toiletries, and lovely towels and linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and everything was very clean and fresh. I’d stay here again every chance I could! Many thanks to the hostess 😊

Cutest place in Anchorage
This stay was absolutely fabulous. It was the definition of home away from home! We arrived to amazing little chocolates left by the host and even a pantry of snacks. Will definitely be staying here again if its available during my trips.

Beautiful fully supplied lower level of home. Everything you could ask for and close to shopping in a nice area of anchorage. Room darkening blinds some with remote controls. Power recliner and power control bed for different head and foot positions. It was perfect in every way!!

Really cozy living room with a super well stocked kitchenette. We only ate out 3 times over a whole week and had all we needed in the kitchen. Bed is really comfy, bathroom is clean and large. Nothing more to ask for. Great location to easily hop on Seward hwy. would totally return

January Granddaughter Visit
We needed a place to stay while visiting our new granddaughter. The property was perfect for our needs. It was very warm and cozy despite below zero temperatures. The host was great and very helpful. We would certainly recommend this property for other couples who need a place to stay.

Very Comfortable and Homey
This was a warm comfortable suite to come home to after helping out with our new grandbaby during the day. Our stay was during the month of December. The suite was decorated for Christmas! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with snacks and coffee/tea supplies. Anchorage had record snowfall, and the owner was diligent about keeping the driveway clear and we never had problems with the snow. We will be staying here again!

Live in Wasilla and needed to be closer to the airport to catch a 3 AM flight. Booked here and took a Uber after friends dropped us off at VRBO. Comfortable loveseat. Just kick back watch movies. Everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Enjoyed our short stay.

As a Vrbo owner, Alison was an excellent host for my wife and our 36 year old autistic son. We enjoyed visiting with her and she really went out of her way to make sure our visit was exceptional. Great launch pad!
We loved this perfectly-sized unit to finish the land portion of our honeymoon before hopping on the cruise. It's located just at the south edge of the metropolitan area of Anchorage where highway 1 takes you down to the ski town of Girdwood or farther to Seward or out onto the Kenai peninsula (the location of crabbing/fishing boat town Homer). A great selection of restaurants and shopping are also nearby. We felt the unit had all the nice little inclusions!
