The house itself has three sleeping areas, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with two queens, and another bedroom with bathroom attached with a queen. Our fourth person opted to stay elsewhere instead of in the twin bedroom. We enjoyed the big bathtub! We didn't cook a lot in the kitchen, but found that it was scantily equipped. Would recommend adding labels to the drawers/cupboards that have anything in them, as the rest are empty.
