Just steps from the Anchorage Mushing District, 5th Ave shops, restaurants, and the Coastal Trail, this space offers a rare blend of local history and updated design.

Inside, you’ll find an Art Deco-inspired studio with a modern twist: a King bed, Kitchen, full bathroom combo, fast WiFi. Please note: the building does not have an elevator.

This unit is located on the third floor and is stair access only — please plan accordingly.

Laundry machines are shared and coin-operated.

Parking is not included but is readily available nearby.

Managed by Casa Rentals, a local hospitality company known for responsive service and hotel-level cleanliness.

All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.
