This spacious, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2,380 sq. Ft. Of living space comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your alaskan adventure. The leander house is located in a well kept neighborhood that is just 10 to 15 minutes away from all the activities anchorage has to offer. The main floor has wood laminate floors throughout, formal and informal living rooms, kitchen and dining areas. There is a fenced, south facing rear yard, with extra large deck. Enjoy the family room with it's floor to ceiling windows, spectacular river rock fireplace, 18 ft. Vaulted ceilings, leather sofa and recliners and a 50" flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped, has ample counter space, breakfast bar, and bay window. Located just off the dining room is a large deck, complete with grill. Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. With large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities it is a great place to relax after a full day. Separating the master bedroom from bedroom 2 and 3 is a bridge. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a full bed below and a twin bed on top. A full bath is located just outside bedroom 2 and 3\.
