THE A-FRAME UNIT (1BR + Loft)
Step into one of Girdwood`s most character-rich spaces. The main level features soaring A-frame vaulted ceilings, warm tongue-and-groove cedar walls floor to ceiling, and a dramatic copper range hood over a full kitchen with sunshine yellow tile backsplash, butcher block breakfast bar, and bar seating for three. The gas fireplace anchors the living room, which opens to a generous sectional sofa and Alaska-themed decor. Terracotta tile floors on the main level give way to carpet as you climb to the loft — a private, atmospheric queen bedroom tucked under the original A-frame roofline with cedar walls on all sides. The loft also features bunk beds with blackout curtains, a dedicated workspace, and a full bath.

THE MOUNTAIN SUITE (2BR)
The fully remodeled suite offers a bright, modern contrast to the A-frame`s rustic warmth. Soaring vaulted ceilings with skylights and track lighting flood the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with natural light. The kitchen features white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. French doors open directly to the private mountain-view deck. Two bedrooms each feature pine tongue-and-groove ceilings, quality bedding, and blackout shades. The spa bathroom is fully remodeled with a large frameless glass walk-in shower, slate tile, floating vanity, heated towel rack, and LED mirror. Large wall-mounted smart TV with surround sound.
