  • 4500 sq ft Anchorage gem with scenic lake and mountain views sits directly on Jewel Lake, minutes from the airport, downtown and Kincaid Park hiking, biking, and ski trails. In the summer, fish from the dock, take a kayak or paddle board and tour the lake. Life-guarded beach and playground across the lake. In the winter, ice fish, snow-machine or ski across the lake. Fenced property has a large trex deck to BBQ. Inside, foosball, shuffle board and pool table provide family entertainment.
