This location is hard to beat! Our property is situated in a quiet and well established neighborhood and is near bus stops and main city arteries, making you a short car ride from all of Anchorage. Free street parking in front of property. We value comfort and that is how we modeled our rentals. The Parkstrip includes tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball fields, open fields for soccer or yoga, areas to run/walk, a volleyball court, and an ice rink in the winter. But the slow filling toilet was really annoying. Sign says it's a "water saver" but that's not the way water saver toilets work. Something is wrong with the fill valve. Also the couches are worn out. It's a quick walk to some of the best bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the kitchen and large common area. Our only concerns were the very slowly refilling toilet and awkward door to the bathroom. We loved being able to walk to dinner every night we wanted to. Along with not having to drive to the convention center.
