Kitchen is fully stocked and we offer coffee pods for your mornings. Our home is conveniently located just steps away from Anchorage's best park, Lagoon and trails. The Space: The property is fully furnished and features a warm and inviting decor that will make you feel right at home. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features a comfortable sofa (sleeping 2) and a large flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The living room also has a dining area with a table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests. The property features two spacious bedrooms, each of which is equipped with comfortable King beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The property's bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and all the necessary amenities, including towels, shampoo, and soap. We could have walked. Even being that close to downtown, we got to see a moose walk right down the street!! Check in was super smooth. Loved how it has 2 King beds to choose from. It is a great size to stay for several days. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful as we were on vacation for 2 weeks. The only thing I could suggest was to have more pillow options. We've stayed overnight at a number of rental houses and this house, South Addition in Anchorage, was our best experience ever. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in an area close to Westchester Lagoon and trails leading out to the coast. It was easy to find and easy to access. The interior is exactly as pictured and described ... beautifully furnished and incredibly clean. The kitchen was amply supplied with essential cooking wares and all appliances functioned properly. We all slept especially well in the clean, super comfortable and spacious king size beds. And our host for the rental house was quick to respond to any and all questions leading up to our stay and afterwards as well, which provided us with an added measure of assurance that all was going as intended.
