Our newly remodeled rental property is located just minutes by foot from the Anchorage Park strip, Museum, Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, the 5th Avenue Mall, ConocoPhillips Tower, and many other wonderful restaurants, shops, and businesses. Our property is located in a quiet and well established neighborhood and is near bus stops and main city arteries, making you a short car ride from all of Anchorage. Free street parking in front of property. We value comfort and quality and that is how we modeled our rentals. The Park Strip includes tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball fields, open fields for soccer or yoga, areas to run/walk, a volleyball court, and ice rink in the winter. Owners are true Alaskans that love the outdoors and will be happy to tell you fishing stories, as well as our favorite local eateries and attractions.

This is a freshly remodeled basement level rental with a huge en-suite master bathroom. If you are sensitive to occasional noise from the floor above then I would ask about one of our other super quiet rentals that we have to offer since this rental has a chance of someone being above you. There are approximately 10 steps to reach the apartment.

Good location

Good location: walking distance to center of town. Close to bus stops (the People Mover) for access to other locations. Close to Coastal Trail.

Art Deco in an Ideal Location

Loved the decor. It is a cozy, basement apartment in a convenient midtown’location. The shower is amazing and the dual sink bathroom roomy. There is easy access street parking, hard to find in Anchorage. On a dead end street so no traffic. Responsive hosts. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/glasses/pans and there is great gas oven/stove. As disclosed there is noise from apartment upstairs and a dorm size fridge. We frequent Anchorage and will keep this gem on our list.

Comfortable getaway

Loved the shower!!!! We had a nice stay and the place was very close to the downtown area. It was a great base camp for exploring areas around Anchorage. This is also a great retreat with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and kitchenette. We ran in to a little issue during our stay but the owners were able to get it resolved.

Cozy Downtown Apartment!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen has everything I needed to make meals, the shower is fantastic, and you can't beat the location! Local restaurants, the mall, and fun things to do are all within walking distance!

Awesome shower and cool floor!

Out of all the rentals we have stayed at the shower in this one has to be the best! Very nicely remodeled basement with tons of light. This is our new favorite rental in Anchorage.
