Museum, train station, restaurants, shops, etc. are between 2-8th Avenues, a short walk. Three bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 bathrooms with 1 a master bath, full kitchen, living and family rooms with TV in each room, laundry room. About 2200 square feet. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and stores in downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect. We appreciated all the amenities provided, along with a nice welcome treat. I would stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Anchorage. Thank you! ##### Eri A. Don’t be fooled by the small appearance from outside either, it is a very large space! As a family of seven, multiple generations, we have plenty of space to spread out but also a dinning table that accommodated all of us for dinner. The full kitchen had all we needed for cooking, and the washer and dryer were much appreciated as this was towards the end of our vacation and doing laundry was helpful before packing for home. The house was impeccably clean, and very close to downtown so quick to get to any sights we wanted to see. This place made our stay in Anchorage delightful! ##### Tamara C. It is stylish, welcoming, located in a quiet neighborhood and near downtown. We had a rental car, so the street parking was very convenient. There is a great coffee shop and market nearby. Check-in was easy and communication with Lee was great. We especially appreciated the bottled water, snacks, maps and tourist information he provided. The home is exactly as listed, roomy, comfortable and well maintained. Since we were returning from a cruise, the laundry facilities were a nice feature too. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels luxurious and the kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals in the spacious dining room. Lee thought of everything. Loved the decor and all the touches that made it the perfect place to spend our time in Anchorage. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
