Bldg is centrally located & 5-7mins ride to J.B.E.R. & Anchorage, VA, etc. 10 mins ride to hospitals in the area (Providence, Alaska, Regional, Kris Kyle, ANMC & API.) Fred Meyers, Carrie, Costco, coffee shops & restaurants within mins ride away. Smoke free bldg. No pets allowed!
