The rooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of space. The owners have a nice collection of spices in the kitchen to use while cooking and plenty of dishes. We loved the collections of Alaska books in the house; our party read many of them. I liked the fact there were kids games available (even though this time, we didn't have any kids with us). The owners were very easy to contact and very friendly. We didn't have any problems, but if we had, we've have been able to find them. Lovely neighborhood, we walked outside most evenings. Location was convenient to grocery stores -- just a couple miles away as well as a large wooded park. It was wonderful having a large family room to hang out in; much better than being in a hotel! Really nice place to stay as a homebase for an Alaskan vacation! I would definitely recommend the home! ##### Mary S. We came in from WA state for a wedding and had enough room for everyone! The house was not only spacious, but also clean, beautiful and it felt like home (The play area for the kiddos was a special touch!). The owners were very gracious, helpful and communicative.
