Nestled just 10 minutes from Anchorage Airport, this stunning 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, accommodating up to 4 guests. Each room is meticulously designed, featuring stylish furnishings and luxurious touches that create a serene and inviting atmosphere. The living space boasts high-end finishes and modern amenities, ensuring a stay that's both comfortable and chic. While you're touring Anchorage this home provides an unparalleled living experience.

All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

We do not refund any Credit Card Processing Fees associated with the reservation
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
-Do not attempt to access unit below - it's a separate property with people living in it.
-Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in.
- NO Pets of any kind (will be charged cleaning fees if violated)
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
We'll do our best to process cancellations promptly in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, all credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Not 2 bathroom!

Description plainly says 2 bathroom. When the property is only 1.5 bath. We rented this property with another couple planning on having 2 Baths when it was only 1.5 bath. When messaging the property manager I was told that their pictures only showed 1.5 bath and the only way vrbo allows the description for a 1.5 bath is as a 2 bath. But as property managers ourselves with vrbo we know that isn’t the case.This management company also has other properties with listings of .5 baths.
