### Amazing Loft in the Heart of Town

This stylish loft apartment was designed and built by a European artist as his art studio above the garage of a historic home where he lived. It features its own private entrance and is an incredible use of space. The loft has excellent views and is extremely convenient to downtown as well as close to both of the major highways heading north and south of Anchorage.   
  
The loft features a fully-stocked, full kitchen, a rooftop patio with gas grill, a large living room area with 65" flat panel television, two bedrooms and a full bath.

This is a great space and the owners have gone to great detail to make it welcoming and warm. The loft was clean and well appointed and the outdoor spaces were perfect for that cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.
