It was nice to be able to tidy up throughout our stay. -laundry room with laundry detergent available-updated bathrooms-Host was pleasant and easy to contact-very clean in all the places that mattered- kitchen/beds/bathroomsCons:-Lingering odor of pets/smoking?, probably from previous tenants. It did dissipate throughout our stay as we opened windows. -not the best neighborhood-no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Coming from the east coast, this was rough. Very clean. One side of a duplex. Property doesnt sleep 12 unless you count sleeping on the floor or outside. 4 beds plus some couches.
