  • Relax with the whole family at this quiet 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and 50-inch TV for entertainment. It is 2 miles away from Alaska Zoo and Golf Course, 3 miles away from Potter Marsh Wildlife Viewing Boardwalk, and 3 miles away from Anchorage Diamond Shopping Center. A perfect place to experience Alaska's unique urban and natural attractions, the Alaska Native Heritage Center, native crafts, stage dances, Chugach mountain, and the opportunities to see the Northern Lights.

    Please note that you are renting the 1st-floor unit, which is located within the 4 bedroom house. You can access the 1st-floor unit via the yard door, and you can assess the deck in the yard and the yard itself. Please note that there is a separate 2nd-floor unit to which you are not allowed for your access. There are guests on the 2nd-floor unit. Keep quiet after 10:00 pm and do not disturb the guests on the 2nd-floor unit.

Decent place

When renters are upstairs, it’s very loud in the downstairs apartment. Apartment was clean, priced well and comfortable. Communication was very good.

The location was great for us. It's just a bit run down especially in such a nice neighborhood, but it was clean and comfortable and laid out well. It was noisy beneath upstairs renters. We were there 10 days so we missed having use of an oven. We made do with the 2 burner stove and microwave but would have greatly preferred an oven over the full size dishwasher. Otherwise fine.
