"Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and access to the beach. They seem to employ younger people who aren’t trained in customer service. Front office staff is great. However the pool and beach attendants just seem to be done with life. Very poor attitudes. Rude to guests. Otherwise great place."

"The Hotel was in good shape, rooms were clean upon arrival and the staff were pleasant. My only complaint would be for longer term stays they only clean the rooms every 3 days, being a beach location obviously showers are taken everyday so you need clean towel’s daily, they do have a list you can be put on for light cleaning where they will empty the trash and replace towels daily but you have to remind them daily, you can also just take your dirty towels to the front and they will give you clean towels. All in all perfect location and I would definitely recommend this place."
