If you are looking for a triple treat in a vacation home, you have found it: contemporary, cozy and convenient. This 3 bedrooms tastefully appointed home has all the modern conveniences to suit the most demanding vacationers looking for all the comforts of home. The 3-bedroom sleeping arrangement can accommodate up to 9 people. The fully equipped updated kitchen allows you and your family to create the memorable holiday like dining experiences. The living space extends to the outdoors with a full size patio including an outdoor dining table/chair with a BBQ station, allowing vacationers to take full advantage of the beautiful Southern California weather. The home also sports a spacious game room with a full size pool table and air hockey table for those late night competitive but friendly family games.

The open kitchen, including a breakfast bar and modern appliances, will provide the tools you need to satisfy the chef inside of you. To further the comfort of your stay, an extensive spice rack and complementary coffee will be included for your visit.

Moreover, two sets of additional bedding, linen, and extra towels will constitute the amnesties provided for your comfort. The comfort of the kids will not be forgotten, either, with a high-chair, stroller, and a playpen for the young ones.

We would like your trip to be as modern as it is enjoyable. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a TV will be available during your stay.

While located in a quiet residential area, the home is very close the Disneyland Resort. Nearby, you will find restaurants and shops that cater to your every need. If you are looking for some surf and sand besides visits to Mickey Mouse, the famed Southern California beaches are less than 30 minutes away by car. Interested in walking the Hollywood Walk of Fame, it is 35 miles away (beware of the equally famous Southern California traffic).

We have pack-n-play, stroller and high chair for baby to use in the house.

There is one camera at the driveway/garage. It is recording based on motion during the reservation for our guest safety purpose.

My son and I were in town for a convention. The proximity to the convention center and Disney made this a perfect location. The home is clean and you can find everything you need within just a few miles. Nice quiet neighborhood and no loud noises.

Great Choice

We had friends visit from Uruguay and wanted to visit LA. This house was the perfect place: location was central to everything from amusement parks to beaches to Hollywood and shopping. Charming and wonderful home away from home

We highly recommend this charming and remodeled house. It was clean, well equipped and in a very quiet location. The street is beautiful and feels very safe. We spent 2 days in Disneyland and this sweet vintage ranch house was in a perfect location, not too close to crazy traffic, but only a few minutes drive from Disneyland. The landscaping is lovely, too. The beds were comfy. One happy family from Folsom, CA. :)

Great house very close to Disneyland

The house was clean, spacious, and we had fun playing pool and air hockey in the game room. You can see the fireworks at Disneyland from the corner of the backyard it's so close! The home is in a nice little neighborhood. Nikki was great with communication, and she helped us out when we had a family emergency arise. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was a breeze. The house was very clean and smelled great. Exactly as pictures show. Good linens and plenty of towels. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. Perfect accommodation for our trip

This accommodation was perfect for our trip. It was close enough to Disney parks, restaurants and other amenities, but far enough away from the main streets, hustle, and bustle. Probably a little far to walk to the parks after a long day, but close enough to be at the Disney parking garage within a few minutes. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a wonderful Disney stay, not just for adults, but children and infants as well. There was plenty of room for our entire party. It had an overall peaceful atmosphere. The host was welcoming and available via text or email communication. I would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great place! 10 minute drive to Disney!

This house was great for our group of 4 adults. It was very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked. The bedrooms are decent sized and the beds are comfortable. The first bathroom is off the hall and shared by the 3 bedrooms. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. The game room is accessed from outside the house as it is in the garage. Nikki is very available and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

To The Rescue!

The Property is a nice property. It was well stocked, and clean, and everything was functional. We had one issue with the Owners came out in the middle of the night and corrected. I appreciate their tentativeness. The Bedrooms are a good size, the bathrooms are good, kitchen is my favorite and a good den. Nice driveway and back yard is a good setting.

It was an "ok" property - not luxury. Served its purpose.

It is not "luxury" as described. Simple house. It was "ok" clean, but I'm a stickler so I'm fussy and it didn't meet my standards. We dealt with it. The game room was disappointing. It was a good location to Disney. The property owner did communicate instructions appropriately.
