The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but could have been better. The carpet was stained and a new coat of paint with attention to detail would make it appear that the condition is much better than it is.

I gave them 4 stars this time! I stayed in Room 208, and what a difference! The bed was super comfortable, unlike my previous room. The room was clean, with no questionable stains anywhere. The white sheets, white pillows, and white towels all looked fresh and well-maintained. I absolutely loved that! Cleanliness and comfort are very important to me, and Room 208 definitely delivered. Much better experience this time around!

Check in was easy. Beds were shaped like a bowl kinda of awkward. Had a slight issue with no towels in the room. Then they had to scavenger hunt for other towels but had none. Otherwise it was great location for knottsberry, walmart were walking distance and was a quiet area.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an economically priced hotel great for checking in, dropping off your things, and then heading out for other activities in the area. Fairly calm/quiet area with plenty of parking.

It essential good for one day as it near Knotts theme park. The area is sketchy the inn is too. I arrived at 3 pm and it was extremely hot 100 . The host did not let us in lobby , checked us in on the side window. Lamp was nasty in the room, microwave and so was the shower tub. Other then this it doable for a night.

Room was clean. Beds were god awful hard. Pillows were tiny and no support at all. Clearly they were very old pillow as one was just lumps all over. Most tv channels didn’t work on the one tv in the room and you could only watch it in one spot on one of the beds. Sheets were thin but adequate. Room layout was odd. Staff was super nice. There was bizarre drilling going on at weird hours of the night. Hair dryer almost started a fire so bring your own. All in all, staff were super friendly and for the price it was adequate.

Air conditioning and parking are good. No room cleaning services unless you ask. Staff provided additional amenities if you ask. Such as replacing towels and toilet papers. Overall, this place is suitable for non-married couples or single because of the price. It is not a good place for family with kids or even married couples because of how worn-out the amenities in the room is. Such as the furnitures, the air conditioning (even though it’s working fine,) etc..

You get exactly what you pay for. A bed and a shower directly across from Knott’s Berry. No frills, no pool on site, our tv was missing the power cord lol. It did what we needed to do considering we were just at the hotel to sleep and take a shower before the park.

The only highlight was the room itself—it was decently clean and comfortable. Parking was free, which was convenient. However, once I walked into my room, I didn’t feel like going outside. The surrounding area felt unsafe and unwelcoming, and unfortunately, I left without any good memories of my stay.

Nice location for the theme parks. Beds were comfortable and clean. Ceiling in room was horribly stained and property was what you'd expect for a budget hotel. It suited our purposes though and was really reasonably priced.
